Jahmai Marie Smith and John Elgin Nadzam of San Francisco, Calif., exchanged their wedding vows July 25 at the Country Club of Boyne in Harbor Springs. The bride's father, Pastor Gary Smith, officiated the ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Gary and Michelle Smith of Ossineke. The groom is the son of Paul and Mary Nadzam of Brownstown.

A reception immediately followed the ceremony at the Country Club of Boyne. The rehearsal dinner took place at Julienne Tomatoes in Petoskey.

The couple spent a two-week honeymoon in Costa Rica following their wedding.

Jahmai is a 2005 graduate of Central Michigan University and attended the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. She is employed by Morrison & Foerster LLP in San Francisco. John is a 2003 graduate of the University of Michigan and is employed by Genentech in South San Francisco. The couple currently resides in San Francisco.
