MENCH, Kathleen 45, of Bradenton, Fla. died Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009, at home.
She is survived by her husband Edward; daughter Makayla of Bradenton; brother Monsignor Paul Russell of Taiwan; and mother Isabelle Fitzpatrick of Alpena.
