Ashley Johnson and Roger Shumaker, both of Alpena, announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Erik Johnson of Ossineke and Laurie (Rick) Margle of Alpena. The future groom is the son of Ron and Nancy Shumaker of Alpena.
Ashley is a 2007 graduate of Alpena High School. Roger is a 1993 AHS graduate.
