KNOTTS. James Douglas, 73, of Alpena died Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012, at Alpena Regional Medical Center.
He is survived by his wife Barbara; nine children, Donald (Michelle), Robert, Carl (Cara), David (Audrey), Cathy (Harry) Sutton, Michael (Cindy) Bellenir, Cynthia (DJ) Speikerman, Richard Bellenir, and Ronald (Roseanne) Bellenir; 19 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a brother, John (Gloria); and a sister, Sharon Knotts.
He is at Huron Shores Fellowship where friends may call on Saturday from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. with Rev. Barry Stricker officiating. Arrangements are being handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.
Interment will be at King Settlement Cemetery.
