Shouldn’t get help after years of contributing?

November 9, 2012

This is in responce to Allan Frank's letter "You shouldn't get what you don't deserve" Mr. Frank, did you ever think that those of us who were forced to invest in Medicare should not believe that we would be taken care of when we needed medical help? Heck, that is how all insurance plans work. You pay the premium, and when you need the service you get it. Unfortunately we have a lot of politicians who robbed the Medicare and Social Security funds for years. Now instead of getting the service we deserve we are told that we are not entitled to the service. This is laffable because Obama Care says that we will cover 45 million people who have never paid a red cent towards their coverage. I wonder, could this be socialism? I guess that after paying into Medicare for the last 42 years of my life, I shouldn't expect to be helped out by this system. But the people who never paid a cent into it should be covered. Darn I was so stupid to have gone to work all those years. Tell me where I have gone wrong
