Suzanne Kowalski of Mount Pleasant and Nicholas Thibault of Delaware, Ohio, announce their engagement.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Wayne and Jill Kowalski. The future groom is the son of Mark and Gayle Thibault.
Suzanne is a 2008 graduate of Alpena High School and a 2010 graduate of Alpena Community College with an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts. She is currently pursuing a degree in Interior Design and Industrial Technology from Central Michigan University.

Nick is a 2004 graduate of Alpena High School and a 2008 graduate of Alpena Community College with an Associate's Degree in Electrical Maintenance Technology and Utility Technology. He is currently employed by American Electric Power as a journeyman.
The couple will exchange their wedding vows June 15, 2012 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Alpena.
