SCHWARTZ, Frank Rankin Jr., 88, of Presque Isle, died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2012, at his home.
He is survived by his wife, Dolores; children, Frank III (Gayden) of Forrest City, Ark., Jeffrey C. (Pam) of Centerburg, Ohio, and Joanne S. (Dale) Landis of Mount Vernon, Ohio; grandchildren, Amy, Dan, Jeff, Melissa, Mindy; and a great-granddaughter.
Cremation arrangements have been handled by the Bannan Funeral Home. A memorial service will take place at a later date.
