MIO-The Tawas girls basketball team collected its second win in as many nights, defeating Mio 60-36 on Tuesday at Mio High School.
Ivy Shaaf led Tawas (2-0) with 18 points and Tessa Schmidt added 10 points.
Jalen DeFlorio led Mio with 12 points and nine rebounds. Shelby Satkowiak added 11 points and Kelsey Frazho chipped in with six points and nine rebounds.
Tawas led 19-4 after one quarter and 24-17 at halftime.
Johannesburg-Lewiston 69, Fairview 26
FAIRVIEW-Johnannesburg-Lewiston picked up a non-conference win on Tuesday, beating Fairview 69-26 on the road.
Abby Schlicher led the Cardinals with 17 points and Brittany Cherwinski added 15 points.
Logan Winton led the Eagles with 10 points.
