Lindsay Schultz and Nicholas Hayes exchanged their wedding vows July 21, 2012 at Castle Farms in Charlevoix. Rev. Ed Remaly officiated the 3 p.m. double-ring ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Donald and Lisa Schultz of Alpena. The groom is the son of Pam and Jim Hayes of Waterford.

Attending the bride as maid of honor was her cousin, Andrea O'dell. Bridesmaids were Michelle Schultz and Jillian Garant, cousins of the bride; Melissa Brinson, sister of the groom; and Trisha Paul, friend of the bride. Attending the groom as best man was his brother-in-law, Rob Brinson. Groomsmen were Matt Reid, Tony Reid and Steve Reid, cousins of the groom; and Tyler Schultz, brother of the bride. Ring bearer was Cody Brinson, nephew of the groom. Ushers were Joe Atwell and T.J. Hoes.

Following the ceremony, a reception in honor of the newlyweds was held at Castle Farms. The rehearsal dinner took place at Grey Gables in Charlevoix.

The couple resides in Harrison Township.
