STEVENS, Hazel E., 79, of Onaway died Thursday, Jan. 17, 2013, at Tendercare Health Center, Rogers City.
She is survived by her daugher, Victoria (James) Sigsby of Citrus Springs, Fla.; sons, Sam (Gail) of Onaway, David Lee (Jackie Perry) of Swartz Creek, and Danny Dale (Julie Bishop) of Tower; 15 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; sisters Charlotte Streeter of Onaway, Gertrude Stevens of Georgia, Mary (Gary) Wirgau of Rogers City; a brother, Bill McClary of Onaway; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held Sunday, Jan. 20, 2013, from 4-8 p.m. at the Chagnon Funeral Home, Onaway.
A funeral service will be held Monday, Jan. 21, 2013, at 11 a.m. at the Onaway Community of Christ Church.
Interment will be at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Tower.
