Dangerous cold, more freezing rain possible
ALPENA -- More dangerous weather is on the way to Northeast Michigan -- including severe cold -- as thousands of Alpena Power Co. customers remain without power, according to the National Weather Service. The Weather Service says temperatures will drop to the low 20s tonight as thousands remain without a way to heat their homes. The high is only expected to reach 30 degrees on Tuesday.
