Chad Bruski and Shealyn McGregor

Chad Bruski and Shealyn McGregor, both of Whitewater, Wisconsin, have announced their wedding engagement.

Shealyn is the daughter of Darcy Good (Scott Slater) of Janesville, Wisconsin, and Matt McGregor of Portage, Wisconsin.

The groom is the son of Doug and Gayle Bruski of Alpena, Michigan.

Shealyn graduated from Janesville High School in 2015. She is currently student teaching at Edison Middle School in Janesville. She is completing her bachelor’s degree and licensure in Elementary Education and Special Education from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater.

Chad graduated from Alpena High School in 2012. He completed his concrete technology certificate and associate’s degree in 2016 from Alpena Community College. He has been employed by Lycon Inc. as a concrete plant manager since 2016. He works as staff wrestling coach at Whitewater High School for varsity, junior varsity and youth programs.

The couple is planning a May 29 wedding at Willow Brook Golf Course in Whitewater, Wisconsin.
