Courtesy Photo Pastor John Shipman of St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church in Alpena recently visited Hinks Elementary School and met with Jolene Price, the School Success Liaison to present gifts of clothing, boots, and jackets. Thanks to the people of St. Paul for sharing this blessing of love with the children at Hinks School. Price also shared that the school is now participating in outreach with a food pantry that is available to everyone.
