ALPENA — The City of Alpena appreciates everyone who participated in the McRae Park visioning session in December.

During the session, participant groups were asked to present their ideas and concerns, as well as draw out their ideas on maps. Each participant was then asked to identify the top four ideas from all ideas presented. The participation and feedback were very valuable and will help shape the future of McRae Park. In the coming weeks, City of Alpena staff will be discussing all items identified during the session; additional feedback and participation may be requested throughout the planning process. Information will continue to be shared with participants and the public as the plan is drafted and priorities are defined.
