Pancakes and maple syrup, as well as sausage, will be served on April 5 at the 16th Annual Maple Syrup Celebration Day.

The Alcona Community Schools FFA Chapter will host their 16th Annual Maple Syrup Celebration Day on Saturday, April 5 at the Alcona FFA Chapter’s Sugar Shack located on school grounds at 51 N. Barlow Road.

The celebration will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., with breakfast served during that time. There will be pancakes, sausage, and maple syrup.

Maple syrup will also be sold, and Sugar Shack tours will be available. There will also be a small animal exhibit.

This family-friendly event is free and open to the public.
