Alpena County Library offering programs

A Spring Egg Craft will be a family-friendly event from 11 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 12
ALPENA — Alpena County Library is offering two upcoming crafty programs.
Anything but a Paintbrush, a craft for adults, will be held from 5 to 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Library patrons ages 18 and older are invited to create their own 4×4 masterpiece using anything but a paintbrush. There will be a variety of tools available for participants to channel their inner Jackson Pollock.
A Spring Egg Craft will be a family-friendly event from 11 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 12. Families will have an egg-cellent time crafting their own papier-mache eggs at the library. The Youth Services staff is egg-cited to teach participants this ancient but simple crafting technique.
There is no registration required for either program. For more information, visit alpenalibrary.org.
