St. John Lutheran Church in Rogers City expands early childhood ministry program

ROGERS CITY — St. John Lutheran Church is excited to announce the official expansion of its early childhood ministry to include infant and toddler care, further strengthening its commitment to faith-based education and family support in the Rogers City community.

Building upon the strong foundation of its established pre-kindergarten through eighth grade program, St. John Lutheran School now provides nurturing, Christ-centered care for children beginning in infancy through toddlerhood. This new program serves both church families and the broader community, creating a welcoming environment where faith, learning, and development grow hand in hand.

This expansion is a direct response to a growing need for quality childcare in the region. With limited options and increasing demand, many families have struggled to secure safe, consistent care for their youngest children. St. John’s new program helps meet this critical need while staying true to the church’s mission of providing compassionate, Christ-centered support for families.

Housed within the existing school facility, the infant and toddler program will meet all state licensing requirements and is designed to provide a safe, enriching environment for young learners. Care is provided by loving, qualified Christian staff, and daily routines include prayer, music, and interactive learning experiences that introduce children to the love of Jesus from their earliest days.

This latest expansion reflects St. John’s deep-rooted dedication to serving the community with excellence in Christian education and care. Families can learn more about this new offering by calling 989-734-3580, texting 989-351-9373 or emailing SJLSRogersCity@gmail.com.
