News Photos by Temi Fadayomi The Sanctuary Cinema marquee went up on Thursday, indicating that the theater at the corner of 2nd Ave and Chisholm Street is another step closer to opening. Work on the theater has been ongoing for the last couple of years and a groundbreaking ceremony was held last July. While no date has been set for the theater’s opening, the marquee sign will stay lit 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
