A 41-year-old Alpena man was arrested on Wednesday and charged with two counts Capturing Distributing Image of Unclothed Person and one count Using a Computer to Commit a Crime.

The Michigan State Police – Alpena Post was contacted on Wednesday, after a woman discovered images of a young girl on the phone belonging to the man. The nude images were taken using a hidden borescope in the bathroom of the home. The suspect was interviewed and subsequently arrested. He was lodged in the Alpena County Jail and arraigned on Thursday in the 88th District Court in Alpena County. He was given a $25,000 cash surety bond.
