Traffic signal work will begin Thursday at the intersection of 3rd Avenue and Bagley Street/Hobbs Drive, Alpena city government said in a news release Friday.

The work could last two or three days, the city said.

Work will continue the week of Nov. 25 and for as long as 10 days after that.

Temporary closures may occur.
