MyMichigan Health names new nursing chief
MyMichigan Health, the Midland-based owner of the Alpena hospital, has named Marissa Palmer as chief nursing officer.
She begins Dec. 22.
The role was previously held by Tammy Terrell, who will serve as senior operations administrator prior to her official retirement in mid-2025.
Palmer received her bachelor and master’s degrees in nursing between 2011 and 2014 and in May 2021 earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Saginaw Valley State University. She has been with MyMichigan Health for more than 17 years.
