Water main breaks at 11th, Chisholm
ALPENA — A water main break between 10th and 11th Avenues on Chisholm Street has made the 11th and Chisholm intersection impassable, Alpena City Manager Rachel Smolinski said in a news release this morning.
The city advises motorists to see alternate routes.
The city will provide more information after the break is assessed, Smolinski said.
