The first ship of the season made its way to the Holcim Presque Isle port Tuesday morning, Holcim Plant Manager Timothy Cordes announced Tuesday. This is the third load of the season for the vessel named the Herbert C Jackson, run by Captain Ben Feinman. The first load of limestone is going to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and will serve in the energy production process.
