Thanks to a grant provided by the Community Foundation of Northeast Michigan, Alpena County, in partnership with the Charter Township of Alpena, will continue to host their drop site for debris from the recent ice storm.

Brush, branches, limbs, and tree debris may be brought to a parcel located off of Airport Road on the listed days and times, listed below.

— Thursday and Friday from noon to 4 p.m.

— Saturday, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m.

— Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.

— Monday from 8 a.m. until noon.

Additional dates and times may be added in the future.

This location will be monitored. The space will be limited for private citizen use only. Individuals should not drop any debris at this site outside of these designated times/dates. Violators will be prosecuted.
