Courtesy Photo First response vehicles in Alpena fill their tanks at the Holcim Alpena plant during the ice storm over the weekend. When the storm knocked out power for residents and businesses across northern Michigan, gas stations lost power and were unable to be utilized. Holcim Alpena helped emergency teams by supplying them with fuel.
