GLENN WATSON McCABE

Glenn Watson McCabe, 86, of Anderson, South Carolina, passed away on Friday, Nov. 15, 2024, at Rainey Hospice House.
Born on Aug. 31, 1938, in Selbyville, Delaware, he was the son of the late Virgil Ward McCabe Sr. and Edna Johnson McCabe and the husband of Michelle M. McCabe. Glenn was a Veteran in the US Navy under Aircraft Electrical and Electronics Maintenance from 1957 to 1963, a professional sign and house painter, a Volunteer Fireman in Delaware and a member of New Life Christian Fellowship in Alpena, Michigan.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his twin sister: Gail McCabe Hickman; daughters: Jody McCabe Moceri (Paul), Lisa McCabe Bennett (Tim); stepdaughter: Lisa Agosto-Wise (Gary); stepson: Nico Agosto; grandchildren: Bjorn Nielsen (Anita), Lykke Hoj Nielsen, Torin McCabe Baxter, Cassandra Hensley (Jeremiah) and James Pearce; great-grandchildren: Annika Nielsen, Delilah McKenna Nielsen, Lotte McKenna Nielsen and Charles Kendall Ivey; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Along with his parents, he is predeceased by his siblings: Virgil W. McCabe Jr., Clay D. McCabe, and Edna McCabe Baker as well as his first wife of 17 years: Sandra Roxanne Berkhimer McCabe.
A Celebration of Life will be in the Spring of 2025 and held in Delaware.
The Sosebee Mortuary and Crematory South Chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
