ALLEN VICTOR NERKOWSKI

Allen Victor Nerkowski, 53, of Attica, passed away peacefully Sunday, Jan. 19, 2025.

Allen was born Jan. 17, 1972, in Alpena, to Victor and Camille (Olewnik) Nerkowski. He worked at the Department of Health and Human Services. Allen enjoyed fishing, mountain biking, camping with family, kayaking, boating, campfires, watching horror movies with Lydia, and most importantly spending time with his children.

Surviving are his four children, John, Luke, Joey, Lydia; father, Vic Nerkowski; sister, Paula (Mike) Berenkowski; two nephews, Jonas, Ben; his children’s mother, Michelle; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Allen was preceded in death by his mother, Camille Nerkowski.

Memorial visitation will take place Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2025, at St. Anne Church of All Saints Parish from 10 a.m. until the Mass of Christian Burial at noon with the Rev. Aloysius Okpala officiating. Arrangements have been handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.

Inurnment: Holy Cross Cemetery

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to his family for his children’s education.
