Claude Worth Conn

Claude was born on Dec. 20, 1936, in Detroit to the late Claude and Florence (Mehoke) Conn. On April 19, 1958, he married Constance Petris. He was a retired machinist and an avid off-road racer who enjoyed music festivals, the great outdoors and traveling. A respected member of the community who was a board member and volunteer of many local organizations.

Surviving are his wife, Connie; three children, Deborah (Lee) Cox, Cheryl (Jimmie) Mayhand, Michael (Amy) Conn; seven grandchildren, Kara, Stephanie, Trina (Aaron), Liesl, August, Abligail, Benjamin; great granddaughter, Kyra; and siblings, Richard (Sue) Conn, Janice Kietz, Dennis Conn; and Raymond Conn; sister-in-law, Jan Conn; and many nieces and nephews.

Claude was preceded in death by a daughter, Pamela (Bob) Humen and brother Robert Conn.

Cremation arrangements have been handled by the Bannan Funeral Home. A private memorial service will take place at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be considered to The Elk County Animal Shelter or Hospice of Michigan.
