ESTELLE RITA PAHLKOTTER

Estelle Rita Pahlkotter, 81, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister, of Alpena, passed away Sunday, Feb. 9, 2025, at MyMichigan Medical Center – Alpena surrounded by her family.

Estelle Rita Parenteau was born March 13, 1943, in Phenix, Rhode Island. On June 20, 1964, she married Henry Pahlkotter. He preceded her in death on Jan. 26, 2013. Estelle was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family.

Surviving are her three children, Henry (Debbie) Pahlkotter, Lisa LaCross-Courtney, Lori (Charles) Burrone; eight grandchildren, Henry Garet, Olivia & Gavin Pahlkotter, Travis LaCross, Kyra Page, Jacob, Brooke, and Cailyn Burrone; three great-grandchildren, Aryanna, Bryson, and Rylann Page; two siblings, Pauline (Norbert) LaRoche, Paul Parenteau; many nieces and nephews.

Estelle was preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Linda Parenteau.

Visitation will take place Friday at Immanuel Lutheran Church from 10 a.m. until the funeral service at noon with the Rev. James Erickson officiating. Arrangements have been handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.

Interment: Evergreen Cemetery
