Marjorie (Mainville) Killian, 80, passed away March 19, 2025, at home in Huntsville, Alabama, with family by her side. Marge was born Sept. 27, 1944, in Detroit, Mich. to the late Russell and Marjorie (Gregory) Mainville. Marge graduated from Alpena High School in the class of 1964. As a teenager, she worked as an usher at the State Theater. After high school she moved to Washington DC and obtained a job at the headquarters of the FBI in the fingerprinting division. She met her future husband Billy Killian (now deceased) while he served in the US Marines at a local gathering with friends in DC, and later married in Alpena, MI. Marge worked in banking in Huntsville, AL for 35 years. She enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren often during the summer at a nearby campground. Marge always looked forward to when her sister and brother-in-law, Bev and Denny, would drive down from Michigan for many annual trips to stay with her and Billy, and visit with other family in the area. Denny enjoyed helping Billy with household projects while the ladies would have fun shopping and just spending time together. She was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Huntsville. Her life was Faith, Family, and Friends.

Survivors include daughter, Debra Gill (Glen); son, Jeff Killian (Sherry); four grandchildren; and sister, Beverly Neumann (Dennis) of Alpena, MI. Nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at Laughlin Service Funeral Home Huntsville AL. The funeral service will follow at noon with Pastor Will Starkweather officiating. The burial will be in Maple Hill Cemetery in Huntsville.
