GAIL ANN BARTZ

Gail Ann Bartz, 71, of Gaylord, passed away Wednesday, April 23, 2025, at Munson Medical Center in Traverse City.

Gail was born Nov. 13, 1953, in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri to Norman and Jean (Schultz) Bartz. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, computer games, card games, and loved animals.

Surviving are her mother, Jean Bartz; three children, Tara Jackson, Toree Schiellerd, Jamee Schiellerd; four grandchildren, Kurtice Erving, Kodi Erving, Kelcei Erving, Eli Stuewer; three great-grandchildren; brother, Curtis (Teresa) Bartz; several nieces and nephews.

Gail was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Rick Jackson.

Visitation will take place Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at Hope Lutheran Church from 10 a.m. until the funeral service at noon with the Rev. Dr. Bryan Salminen officiating. Arrangements have been handled by the Bannan Funeral Home.
