Dear editor:

Enough already! In response to the two letters in The Alpena News on Jan. 18, 2025, the truth must be told. How long is the left going to manufacture scare tactics regarding Donald Trump and his term as president of the United States? The fantasizing and false narratives need to end! Haven’t you learned from the lies of Russian collusion and the Jan. 6 demonstration that Trump is not as scary as you try to make him? We already had one term with him as president with positive results, so why pretend this term will be different?

Contrast that to the coverup by the Associated Press and liberal news outlets who deliberately lied to the American public about Joe Biden’s failing mental status. Who has been running our country for the last four years? That unknown person or persons, with complete cooperation from the Democrats, covered up Biden’s mental decline and lied to the American public for four years. How can anyone believe their reporting? The whole country should be outraged! This last election proved that most Americans are no longer playing the fool.
